On 45 minutes journey along the bay of Todos Santos on the southern part we’ll find the Bufadora.
A Ocean Geyser that can get as high as 80 feet emitting a huge sound. This is the reason for it’s name. The ocean weaves and the air collide inside a small cave generate the pressure generating this water explosion.
After watching this nature effect for a series of times and trying to understand how it happens we’ll get a chance to rest and walk the commercial zone, we can find lot’s of souvenirs and different king of Arts and craft from this region. We would also find different king of restaurants where you can get a Margarita and enjoy some of the regions famous cousin. Before heading back to town.
Back in Ensenada we’ll visit Baja’s oldest Winery, it has been there since 1888, some of their most recognized wines are Tempranillo, Merlot, and Blanc Sauvignon. You’ll be able to see process of creating the wine from it’s beginnings to it’s time to rest in the barrels. We will try the wine, the bread and cheese. One unforgettable experience in the city.
