Arrival to Loreto, town located in Baja California Sur along the Sea of Cortés, home of the oldest mission in the peninsula.

Enjoy a beautiful sunrise by the hotel, in front of the ocean. Loreto is surrounded by the impressively rugged peaks of the Sierra de la Giganta. We begin the day with one of the peninsula’s most beautiful side excursions: a drive into these mountains and a visit to San Javier, one of the best preserved of all the missions known as “the jewel of the missions”, with its original Spanish orchard. We return to the charming town of Loreto and visit the first mission of the Californias and the Museo de las Misiones. Enjoy time to wonder through the shops or for a walk before returning to the hotel to have dinner.
